These dates are for people who have trouble making fan fiction. Most of these dates are unofficial. I just made these up so people will actually have a clue what was happenning in the world of Pokemon. Also, don't come crying to me, that the US and Japan didn't find Indigo Island when its May 14th.

May 14th - US and Japanese military discover an island and name it "Indigo Island".

June 16th - Pokemon are discovered on the island.

2000
October 11th - Indigo Island becomes a state governed by US and Japan.

2000-2015 population grows rapidly/cities grow.

2015 - the Pokeball is invented/Pokemon trainers appear.

2017 - a group of poachers creates a gang called Team Rocket.

2020 - Team Rocket rises in power.

2023 - Pokemon League is established.

2026 - GYM's are established throughout Indigo Island.

January 24th - Brock Slatee is born.

Febuary 17th - Misty Waterflower is born.

March 29th - Ash Ketchum is born.

May 31st - Proffeser Michael Oak creates the Pokedex.

March 2nd - Misty Waterflower starts her journey.

April 1st - Ash Ketchum starts his journey.

April 6th - Brock Slate starts his journey.

August 7th - Ash Ketchum completes his journey, ranking 16th place in the Pokemon League.
