Chapter One

WHAM!

Misty threw a dictionary at Ash. Fortunately for Ash, he ducked and the dictionary hit the wall behind him. Ash and Misty are having another one of their infamous arguments. The main cause of the argument is time is Brock. Brock wanted to know what are the names of the little things at the end of shoe laces (what are they called anyway?). Ash and Misty each gave different answers. Brock foresaw a fight so he decided to leave the room. Brock sure is lucky because the dictionary that Misty threw would have smacked Brock right in the face.

Pikachu was in the room trying to get some sleep in one of the two beds. Because Ash and Misty's argument can be heard from in miles, Pikachu might as well try to tell Ash to shut up. Ash, by the way, can actually understand everything Pikachu says. As for Misty and Brock, they aren't so sure but they understand a little.

"Pika Pi! (Shut up, Ash)" Pikachu exclaimed.

Ash didn't pay attention... yet.

"Pika, Pikachu! (Stop flirting you two)" Pikachu tried once more.

Suddenly, the room was quiet. Ash and Misty both stopped, looked at Pikachu, cracked their knuckles, walked towards the little mouse...

Brock is heading back to the trio's hotel room after trying to get Nurse Joy to go out on a date but failing to do so. The closer he approached his room, the louder the punching and kicking sounds became. "Misty, don't beat Ash up too much!" Brock yelled while knocking on the door. Nobody came to open it and the punching and kicking sounds are still present. He opened the door since nobody will open it for him if there is a fight going on. To his surprise, Pikachu was beating both the teens up. Ash and Misty gave up and raised their white flags.

"What happened, Ash? Why were you guys fight?" Brock asked.

"Pikachu said Misty and me were flirting!" Ash replied.

"I wouldn't be surprised."

Ash and Misty each raised an eyebrow, cracked their knuckles, and after three minutes, Brock left the room with scars and scratches.

Pikachu was ordered to go outside and get drinks. That left Ash and Misty in the hotel room. Ash laid down on one of the two beds and Misty sat down on the other. "Ash, since you have defeated the Elite Four now, what are you going to do?" Misty asked in curiosity.

"Beats me... I guess I'll go back to Pallet. I sure miss my mom. Plus, I do need relaxation," the boy answered. Ash seemed sure about his words. "What are you going to do?"

Misty who had her head looking down at the floor sudden jerked her head up. "I... I... I don't know," the girl answered. "Well, I don't want to go back to my sisters. They're too mean. I guess I'll go back to my old life before I 'fished' you out of the lake."

Ash suddenly had a flashback. He held onto Pikachu before jumping into the river that carried him to a lake. Misty's fishing hook caught Ash, and she pulled him out. "Oh, it's a boy and a Pokemon!" Ash remembered hearing Misty saying. After getting slapped (yes, Misty slapped Ash in the Japanese anime. I don't know why they took it out of the American. Stop e-mailing me now), Ash suddenly knew that Misty would be hard to deal with.

"Why don't you hang out around my place?" Ash requested. "I'll have a talk with my mom."

"Your place?"

Pikachu just burst through the door dragging a plate of drinks. "Pika, Pi-Pikachu! (Here are your drinks)" the little Pokemon said. Ash took a drink and sat back down at the bed he was lying in. Pikachu took out a bottle of ketchup (why does he like ketchup so much?). "Hey guys, I'm going to take a shower," Misty told the group while taking off her head band causing her hair to drop. Just as Misty entered the bathroom, Brock returned with a bunch of bandages all over his body. "I'll go to sleep," the hurt boy said as he lumped onto the bed where Misty was sitting at.

Ash changed into his PJ's and slipped into the sheets. Pikachu was sitting at one of the chairs licking the ketchup that has gotten onto its paw. 'I am going to go back to Pallet tomorrow. I'll miss you guys,' Ash thought. He couldn't bare the thought of leaving Misty and Brock. 'Well, maybe Misty will follow me back to Pallet. However, I am not so sure about Brock.' The bathroom door opened and there was Misty in her blue water Pokemon PJ's. She glanced over at the bed that Brock is sleeping in and then at Ash's. "Hey Ash, slide over because I'm sharing the bed with you," she said.

"W... why?"

"I can't imagine what Brock will do if he slept in the same bed with a girl."

Brock suddenly bolted up hearing this comment. Brock made a face and laid back down but not sleeping. Misty walked over and then placed down the towel she had in her hair. After slipping into bed, Misty jokingly said to everyone, "Don't worry, I won't let this kid try anything PARTICULAR."

"What's that supposed to mean?" Ash asked.

Misty giggled and laid down. Pikachu gave her a stare, closed the ketchup bottle, and jumped Ash's bag where the little Pokemon slept. Ash stilled didn't get Misty's joke and that kept him up. He kept his back to Misty most of the time and stared at the wall.

"Misty, are you asleep?" Ash asked.

"No," Misty replied. "Are you?"

"No. Hey Brock, are you asleep?"

"Yes," Brock answered.

There was a long pause for a while.

"Misty...," Ash quietly said.

"What?" the young girl said in a soft voice.

"Are you going to go to Pallet or back to your old life?"

"I haven't decided yet..."

Misty turned so she's looking straight up at the ceiling. "My old life was pretty boring until you came along," the girl replied. Misty turns and stares at Ash's bag where Pikachu was sleeping. 'That Pokemon gives me a lot of memories,' Misty thought. 'I've decided, I'll go with Ash.' Misty turns back to face Ash who was still staring at her. Misty smiled and said, "I'll go with you." Ash gave a weak but happy smile. After that, Ash turned and went to sleep.

Next morning, Brock woke up at 6:30 A.M. Obviously, the two teens weren't awake yet. Brock decided to take a shower. The closing of the bathroom door woke Pikachu. Pikachu instantly remembered about the ketchup and ran straight to it. The little mouse turned and looked at Ash and Misty. Misty had her arm around Ash. 'It's obvious that Misty likes Ash,' Pikachu thought. The mouse continued to lick the ketchup. Brock decided to a half hour shower since he thought he smelled bad causing Nurse Joy not to date him. By 7:00, Misty woke. She suddenly realized she had her arm around Ash and jerked it back. She turned around and saw Pikachu staring at her. Misty blushed at a little and got off the bed which woke Ash. Brock came out of the bathroom with a towel drying his hair.

"Had fun, you two?" Brock jokingly asked.

"You bet!" Misty replied jokingly but shyly.

"Huh, what?" Ash had not yet completely woke. "Wha?"

"Pika-Pi-Pi-Cha! (Brock meant, 'was Misty fun?')" Pikachu explained while gulping ketchup.

"Why you little!" Ash got up and started chasing Pikachu who ran out of the hotel room with Ash on his tail (Not literally!!!).

"Hey, Brock," Misty started.

"Yeah?"

"What are you going to do after Ash defeated the Elite Four?"

"I guess I'll go back to Pewter City and help my father with the kids."

"Oh yeah, that's right. Forgot about them almost."

"What are you going to do, Misty?"

"I'm going with Ash."

"Say, you didn't do anything PARTICULAR with him last night, did you?"

Misty looked at Brock with a really red blush.

"NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!!" Misty yelled.

The tio left the hotel and headed to Pallet. "Brock," Ash started, "why aren't you going back to Pewter like you said?"

"Oh, after I drop you guys off, I'll go back."

"Hm, that's cool."

By the time they went through Route 1, they saw a large field with rocks and rubble. "NO!" Ash excalimed. "The town has been destroyed!" Misty, Brock, and Pikachu backed away being frightened by Ash's rage. "Who did this?" Ash yelled into the air. Brock poked Ash in the back and pointed to a sign. It said the following:

PALLET TOWN IS NO MORE. THANKS TO TEAM ROCKET. HAVE A BLASTING DAY.

Ash is really fierced off. "I'm gonna get even!" the hapless boy yelled. He quickly ran to where his house was. There was only rocks and rubble. He found his old Voltorb alarm clock that was broken. He looked for the Pokemon lab. It was destroyed as well. Only blasted computer chips remained. Ash dropped to his knees. He couldn't believe it. Ash rubbed the tears away from his eyes. He kept on crying. Pikachu went up to Ash and patted him on the back. "Pikachu, (I know how you feel)" the rodent said. Ash turned and grabbed Pikachu. He hugged him hard and Pikachu also started crying. Brock and Misty both went up to Ash. Misty was speechless but Brock gave an offer. "Ash, why don't you and Misty live at Pewter City in my house?" Brock offered. Ash rose back up but still with his head down. He let go of Pikachu and accepted Brock's offer. Misty was still speechless.

A shadow of an air balloon flew by. The teens looked up. It was Team Rocket. Jessie, James, and Meowth were standing on top of the balloon.

"To protect the world from devistation..."

"To unite all people within our nation..."

Ash gave out a furious yell. "You! You are the ones who destroyed Pallet. You'll pay!" the angered boy yelled.

"Don't interrupt our introduction!" James yelled back.

"Pikachu!" Ash yelled. "Go!"

Pikachu fried the balloon and the Team Rocket went "blasting off" again. "You won't see the last of me yet," Ash promised. He turned to face Brock and Misty. "Let's go to Pewter."

Chapter Two

After passing through Viridian City, the group came up to Viridian Forest. "Oh no, I'm not going through there again!" Misty yelled. Ash had a clear memory of Misty's fear of bugs.

"Well, how are we going to get to Pewter?" Brock asked.

"Let's just rush through!" Ash suggested.

The group ran as fast as they can through the forest. Unfortunately, the came through a hive of Beedrills. Misty is freaked out and screamed. Bad idea, the Beedrills now have their attention at the group of humans. "Let's run for it, Ash!" Brock yelled. Ash, still mad from the destruction of Pallet, threw out a Pokeball. The Charizard came out. "Charizard, go!" the boy yelled. The Charizard just sat down and slept. "ARE YOU GOING TO LISTEN TO ME OR NOT!?" Ash raged out. The Charizard suddenly freaked and obeyed his master. After toasting the Beedrills, the Charizard is returned.

"Amazing, Ash, the Charizard finally obeys you," Brock said.

"I guess controlling by force of fear is the best tactic," Misty added.

Ash nodded and started rushing through the forest with the group following behind. After clearing through the trees, a bright light came out and they arrived at Pewter City. The group followed Brock back to his house. There was a lot of crying and whining. 'Looks like my father isn't that successful with the kids,' Brock thought.

He was right: Brock's father wasn't very successful with the kids. They were all crying and didn't exactly like the food his father made (probably because it was blue). His father, through squinting, saw Brock returning. "Quick! Brock! I need your help!" the poor man yelled as he ran out. Brock rushed over as his brothers and sisters all gathered around. Brock gave each a hug and the kids went back to playing. "Father, you weren't very successful handling these kids, right?" Brock asked.

"It doesn't take a psychic to figure that out!"

"Don't worry, I'll be staying."

-sigh-

"Hey, mind if two of my friends live here?"

Brock's father looked up. It was Ash and Misty. His father instantly recognized the two as the ones who let Brock fulfill his dream. "Sure, as long as you guys are friends of Brock, you may live here," Brock's father said. Ash still had his head down but Misty thanked the man. Brock's father looked over at Ash and remembered that he was from Pallet. "I heard, Ash," the man started. "I heard that Pallet was destroyed."

Ash still had his head down. He couldn't look up.

"Don't feel that way. I know departing from your family is hard."

"But... when you departed, they weren't dead," Ash said in a weak voice.

"I have a very good image how you feel."

"I'm... I'm... I'm gonna get even with Team Rocket!!!"

"Revenge isn't the key, kid."

"But... if they aren't eventually stopped anyway, they'll terrorize this world!"

"I see your point, but maybe this isn't your goal in life. Have a rest first."

Ash slowly entered Brock's house. Misty followed Ash in case he is to stop. Brock and his father are being dragged in by the kids. Ash finally raised his head to see what the house was like. The walls were peeling and had lots of marks from various markers. The walls were painted white until the kids started coloring them. 'Looks like Brock's father isn't that good with kids,' Ash thought.

After eating the "mystery" dinner that Brock's father cooked (that's right, the blue food that Brock's father cooked), Brock showed Ash and Misty the guest rooms. Unfortunately, there is only one guest room so Ash and Misty would have to share it. Luckily, there was one queen sized bed. "Brock, where are you going to sleep?" Misty asked.

"Oh, back in my old room. I'm sorry there aren't that many more rooms. Most of them are taken by my brothers and sisters, even the master room and mine."

"How many brothers and sisters do you have anyway?"

"Uh... I'm not sure. Around twenty including me I guess."

Misty was shocked by the number. She turned to Ash to see what his reaction was. Ash was staring into empty space still thinking about Pallet and Team Rocket. Slowly, he went into the room, set down his stuff, and sat down. Pikachu ran in trying to escape the kids from grabbing him and hugging the poor little rodent to death. "Chu-chu! (Close the door!)" Pikachu exclaimed. Misty and Brock got in and shut the door quickly. There was a lot of banging on the door.

Misty sat down on the bed by Ash still wondering how he felt. Meanwhile, Brock was peeling off the bandages he got from Ash and Misty and some of the new ones from his siblings. "Brock, Ash, I'm gonna take a shower first," Misty noted. She ran off but then stopped. "Where is the shower room anyway?" she shyly asked. Brock stood up. "Other than the one in the master room and the nursery room, go past the kitchen, take a right, go straight, and it should be the one to your left," he said while making hand gestures. After Misty left, some of the kids tried to get back in but Brock closed the door just in time. He turned around to face Ash.

"I know how you feel. I've been departed from my mother and father long ago when I was a kid," Brock started.

Ash simply sighed.

"Don't feel sad. It's all part of life."

"Well, life's never fair! My mom didn't die for a good reason. It was Team Rocket who destroyed the town! She didn't die on herself, SHE WAS MURDERED!!!"

Brock paused for a while. He didn't know what to do.

"Look, Brock. You may have been alone from you mother and father a long time but have they been killed? Look, you didn't lose everybody in your family, your neighborhood, your town. Plus, your father had departed for a good reason. He wanted to become a Pokemon master! I'm departed from my mom for a bad reason. She was killed..." As Ash said that, his tears dropped down his face.

"Ash, you'll probably want to be left alone for some time," Brock recommended. He left the room and the sounds of his brothers and sisters filled the air. Brock quieted them down and told them to give Ash some peace and quiet. Pikachu went out of the room through the window because he didn't want be squeezed to death by the kids again. Plus, he wanted to find ketchup.

Misty was in the bath tub thinking. She sought for a way to comfort Ash. She should have told him how she lost her parents. She remembered how they boarded a boat similar to the S.S. Anne and the boat sunk. Although this doesn't sound as serious as being destroyed with the entire town, she decided to give it a try. Misty pulled her hair down so that it barely touched her shoulders. "If Ash thinks he can't handle it," she said to herself, "wait until he hears this..."

Just then, Pikachu came running through the window. Misty stared the rodent in a blush. "Pikachu!?" Misty excitingly said. Pikachu held a finger over his mouth to "sh" Misty. "What are you doing here?"

"Pi-Pikachu! (I'm trying to get ketchup)"

"Well, you won't find any in a bathroom."

"Pika, Pikachu-chu! (I know that. I just need to find a way to get to the kitchen)"

"Hey, how was Ash?"

"Pikachu. (the same)"

"I didn't understand that part. I'll check on him later."

"Ka-chu. (good luck)"

With that, the rodent exited the door and slowly crept to the kitchen. Fortunately for Pikachu, none of the kids noticed him. Misty got out, dried herself off, put on her PJ's, and headed down to the guest room.

Ash was still sitting in bed but not thinking too much. He kept on thinking about the sign. 'Why would anybody want to bomb such a peaceful quiet town?' Ash thought. Suddenly, there was a knocking on the door. "Come in!" Ash yelled. It was Misty in her PJ's. "Ash, don't keep thinking about it," the girl suggested.

"I'm trying not to. Death is serious though."

"I'm more clear on how you feel than Brock or his father."

"How?"

"I lost both of my parents as well."

Ash suddenly looked and stared straight at Misty in the eyes.

"Well, you see," Misty continued, "they were boarding a ship similar to the S.S.Anne. The ship sank and I lost my parents."

"I guess we DO have more in common."

Misty gave Ash a look. "Well, death isn't a very kind thing in life, especially if you've lost your loved ones."

"Yeah, I guess I'll have to get over it like you did."

"That's the right way."

"How DID you get over it?"

"I tried to empty and clear my mind. It was hard so I tried finding something to do. Ash, I suggest going to take a bath. After that, you'll be refreshed," Misty said happily as she gave him a wink.

Pikachu was enjoying the time of his life in the kitchen. He was gulping down the ketchup. Pikachu was thinking as well. He wondered how Misty have dealt with Ash. 'It ought to be no problem,' the mouse thought. Within a distance, he heard footsteps came running near the kitchen. There were a bunch of footsteps. 'It's the kids!' Pikachu thought. He through away the ketchup and hid himself in one of the cabinates. The kids were all over the place. "Where's that cute Pikachu?" they all jittered. "He wasn't in the guest room or the bathroom!"

Pikachu gave a big frown. How is he going to get back to Ash and Misty without being squeezed to death? Fortunately for him, the cabinet he hid in is relatively high for the kids. Unfortunately, one of the kids got on the counter and started flipping through the cabinets. Pikachu hesitated. He glanced around. There was a big pile of dishes he can hide behind but that wouldn't have enough room for his tail. He looked at the bottle of ketchup. He can hide his tail behind the bottle of ketchup. Just hiding himself in time, of the kids opened up the cabinet with Pikachu in it. "Nope!" Pikachu heard the kid saying as he closed the cabinet and started flipping through more. Pikachu wanted to cry bad. He heard the door open. There were slow steady footsteps. 'No, it can't be the kids,' Pikachu thought. Pikachu opened the cabinet door a little to see who it was. The person was Ash. His face was still depressed but not as bad as before. 'Misty must have worked,' Pikachu thought. Then Pikachu stared at the kids. All the kids' attention was drawn to Ash. Pikachu made a run for it and made it out of the kitchen without the kids noticing and made it back to the guest room.

Misty was in the guest room lying down. She was in deep thought when Pikachu came in. "Ash? Is that you?" she asked as she turned her head.

"Pika-Pi (No, it's me)."

"Oh, hi Pikachu!"

Pikachu ran up the queen-sized bed and pulled the covers over him. "Pika-Pikachu (hide me from the kids)," the Pokemon requested. Misty waited. 1...2...3... No kids came in. "Pikachu, I think it's safe," Misty said in a soft voice. Pikachu was also fast asleep.

Ash was in the bath tub. He was using his hands to squirt water around the tub. "Ash, I suggest taking a bath. After that, you'll be refreshed," he remembered Misty saying as she winked her eye. 'Misty is a nice girl, but what she told me made me think about the worse things,' Ash thought. He kept thinking about Team Rocket and the destruction of Pallet. Ash looked around while he squirted the water. It was a tidy bathroom. It seems to be a place where kids don't play around.

Ash gave a sigh. "Maybe I should do as Misty say and get over Mom's death," he said out loud. He got out, dried, dressed into his PJ's, and walked back out.

As Ash entered the room, Misty signalled him to be quiet and showed Pikachu asleep. Ash sat down. Misty watched him as he slumped into bed. 'Poor boy,' Misty thought, drifting off. Ash was still wide awake. He was trying to get over his mom's death but can't. Outside, he could hear the kids' voices and Brock trying to calm them down.

Chapter Three

Ash and Misty continued to live in Brock's house. There wasn't any problem and Ash eventually got over his mom's death although it still mattered to him a lot. Brock hanged around the Pokemon Center these days since he wanted to see Nurse Joy more. Within a couple of days, Gary came by.

"Where's Ash?" Gary asked Misty who answered the door.

"Ash is inside."

Gary never saw Misty in person before. Yet, he is already attracted by her beauty and stared at her half a minute. Gary then entered the large house of kids. He saw Ash sitting on the couch. "You heard about the destruction of Pallet, huh?" Ash asked as he saw Gary approach.

Gary nodded. "I lost the rest of my family. Their bodies are hardly recognizable but I knew it was them," the boy started.

"What about Professor Oak?"

"He was on vacation. However, I don't really call him as family."

"Why are you doing here?"

"There's a funeral next week. You coming?"

"Funeral?"

Misty looked at Ash. Misty couldn't bear the thought of Ash becoming depressed again. Yet, she had no control and couldn't tell him what to do.

"Where?" Ash asked.

"We're having it in Viridian. It's next week." Gary gave Ash directions where to go from there.

"How did you find me here?"

"We were once friends before we became rivals. I had a good idea where you'd be."

"You're still not the Gary Oak I remember as a kid."

"That's right." Gary started heading back to the door. He stopped to look at Misty one more time and left. Misty gave Gary a strange look. The look was undescribable. "Ash," the girl started, "what are you going to do?"

Ash looked up. He saw Misty standing right over him with her hands on her hips. "I guess I'll go to the funerals," said Ash. Misty took one of her hands off her hip. "Just don't become depressed again. I don't want to see you like that," Misty said.

A week later, the group went through Viridian forest while Misty keeps on jumping on Ash's head to stay away from the bugs. By the time they got there, they saw nobody where Gary pointed them to go to. Suddenly, a big Meowth balloon appeared overhead. "Allow us to introduce overselves..."

"To protect the world from devistation..."

"To unite all people within our nation..."

"To announce the evils of truth and love..."

"To extend our reach to the stars above..."

"Jessie..."

"James..."

"Team Rocket Blasts of at the speed of light..."

"Surrender now or prepare to fight."

"Meowth, that's right."

Gary suddenly appeared below the balloon but in a Team Rocket uniform. "Gary!?" Ash, Misty, and Brock all said at the same time. "That's right," Gary muttered. Gary threw three of his PokeBalls out at once. Out came a Charizard, a Blastoise, and a Venusaur. "Hand over Pikachu," Gary, Jessie, and James all demanded at once.

Misty turned to Ash and gave a worried look. Pikachu hid behind Ash's leg. Brock was tense. Ash's face was darkened by the shadow from his cap. Only his eyes and everything beneath his mouth was seen. "Gary, you traitor!" Ash exclaimed. "I've lost everything from Pallet, including our once very good friendship!"

Gary nodded.

"You'll pay!"

"Okay, Pokemon master... try to beat me. You have out beaten me to reaching the Elite Four but I'm much more powerful than you."

At the same time, Jessie, James, Meowth all jumped down from the balloon. Throwing out Weezing and Arbok, There were a total of 6 Pokemon fighting at the same time. Ash didn't know what to do. He can't just hand over Pikachu. Pikachu has been too good of a friend. "ONIX!" Ash turned to see Brock throw out his Pokeball. "Staryu, Starmie, Psyduck!" Misty called out.

Ash thought, 'That's right. With my friends, I'll beat them.' He called out Charizard, Bulbasaur, and Squirtle. A tremendous battle occured. Ash's Charizard basicly fried the Venusaur before it could do anything. Pikachu was still behind Ash's leg while the war is going on. The Arbok gets tangled trying to wrap the Onix and the Weezing is pounded to the ground. Only Meowth, and Gary's two Pokemon Charizard, and Blastoise remained. After Squirtle, Staryu, Starmie, and Psyduck took out the Charizard and washed Meowth's face clean, the Blastoise was the only thing left. Ash's Charizard is injured from Blastoise's water cannons. Pikachu decided to wipe the Blastoise clean with Thunder bolt. The Thunder bolt hit Blastoise and repeled Team Rocket (along with Gary) into the air. "Team Rocket is blasting off again!" they all yelled as they shot into the air.

Ash was in deep thought now. 'Traitor!' Ash thought about Gary. His fist is basicly shaking. Misty tried to soothe Ash down and they all returned back home to Pewter.

"Man, Gary is one toughie," Brock said as they ate dinner, attempting to break the silence.

"Why would he do this?" Ash yelled.

"Beats me. He probably wants revenge on you for beating the Elite Four before him," Misty suggested. She believed she was correct.

"Even so, tricking me into going to a fake 'funeral' is a plan?"

"Ash," Brock started, "having Gary in Team Rocket can really increased their power. We must get him out of there. He's making Team Rocket dangerous now."

Ash sighed and continued eating.

"Pika-Pi-Pi (Don't worry, Ash)," Pikachu said.

Ash suddenly remembered how Gary looked at Misty when they met him at the house. Gary had a crush on Misty. Ash suddenly gave a semi-evil smile. Brock, Misty, and Pikachu all looked at Ash funny a bit. "I have a plan on how to get Gary to revert," Ash said as he slowly looked at Misty. Misty gave a blink. "But we'll have to wait...," Ash said. He can feel his smile changing to a smerk.

Misty finished taking a shower and returned to the guest room which is now called the "Ash/Misty Room." Misty saw Ash lying in bed with his eyes wide open. She was curious why Ash looked at Misty when he said he had an idea how to get Gary out during dinner. "Ash," Misty started.

"Yes, Misty?"

"What was that idea?"

"What idea?"

"That idea how to get Gary out of Team Rocket?"

"Oh that."

Ash sat up and signalled Misty to take a seat. Pikachu, at the same time Misty sat by Ash, jumped through the window landing near Ash's side. "Pika-Pi (yeah, what was that idea)?" the rodent asked. Ash gave a smile at Misty.

"Misty, do you know Gary likes you?"

"I hardly know him."

"No, it doesn't matter if you like him or not."

Misty stares at Ash waiting for him to continue.

"Well, if we can use you to attract Gary, we can convince him into..."

"I'M NOT GOING OUT WITH HIM!!!"

There was silence.

"Pika-Pika (Who wants that creep)?"

"We're not using you Misty," Ash said calmly.

"Okay," Misty started while folding her arms. "What are you going to do?"

Ash flipped out his PokeDex. He turned to Ditto.

"Oh!" Misty exclaimed.

"We capture a Ditto and tell it to permanently change into you. We'll just switch the one you guys' hair so it will stick out of the right side so we can tell you two apart!"

"Ash, you're a genius. It's a first!"

"Is that supposed to be an insult?" Ash looked at Misty with a funny look.

Pikachu was on the ground laughing.

Misty grabbed Ash and hugged him. "You are smart!" she said to him as she hugged him. Ash was speechless. Brock suddenly came in and saw the couple with Pikachu on the floor. "Oh no," he said to the couple, "I don't want MORE kids from you guys to take care of."

Ash and Misty each raised and eyebrow, Ash took out a sling shot, Misty took out her legendary mallet, and Brock left the room after three minutes. "Hey brother Brock," one of his sisters said, "why did you lose so many teeth?"

Meanwhile, Ash and Misty was cracking up at Brock while Pikachu is on the ground laughing. Misty let go of her hug and pulled up the covers and slept. This time, Ash gave Misty the good night kiss while she blushed. "Pika-Pi-Pikachu (Don't go far tonight, Ash)," Pikachu jokingly said. Ash threw at Pikachu a small pillow to shut it up. Ash laid down and slept.

Chapter Four

Team Rocket never showed up yet. They have lost authorization to use the Pokemon Center so they have to practically wait for their Pokemon to heal by themselves. Giovanni, the head of Team Rocket, realized that Gary was a very powerful addition to his group of rebels. Giovanni slowly pet his Persian as he thought about all the Pokemon Gary would help him get. 'It will be no problem,' Giovanni thought. He turned on one of the TV's to see how Gary is doing. Gary is basicly resting and plotting ideas on the next battle with Ash.

It was morning, Ash and Misty both got up and started to the breakfast room. Brock was up cooking breakfast while his father was reading the newspaper at the breakfast table. "I heard, Ash," Brock's father said. "You guys were tricked." Ash nodded as he pulled out a chair for Misty and himself. They both sat down and told Flint, Brock's father, what happened. Brocked added things in while he was cooking the eggs. "Oh yeah, Ash. What was that planned you talked about?" Brock asked. Ash and Misty looked at each other smiled, and told him what the plan was.

By the time they were eating the eggs, Brock decided where to get a Ditto. "There's a nest near Fushia City," Brock said. Ash and Misty were both busy eating the eggs. The food was great as usual and they enjoyed it. Brock decided he shouldn't be mad for ignoring his words over his food. Pikachu got up late as usual. He ran to the kitchen and got his bottle of ketchup.

"Oh yeah, Brock," Misty started. "When are we going to Fushia?"

Brock stopped eating. "When do you guys want to go?"

"Doesn't matter," Ash started.

"How about today?" said Misty.

Flint stared up. "It's best to get things prepared before the real action starts," he suggested.

"Correct," all three of the teens agreed.

Pikachu returned to the breakfast table with his bottle of ketchup.

"Hi, Pikachu, give me some ketchup with my eggs," Brock said while bringing his hand to bottle. Pikachu drawed it away.

"Pika-Pi (It's mine)!" Pikachu yelled.

"Don't be greedy."

Brock grabbed the bottle and the both had a small tug-o-war session with the bottle of ketchup.

"FLINT, DUCK DOWN!" Ash yelled while grabbing Misty's head down beneath the table.

BBBBBZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZTTTTTTTTTTT!

Flint ducked before Brock was shocked. They looked back up and Brock was running around with his hair going into flames. Misty took the glass of water by her plate and splashed Brock in the head with it. "Th... th... thanks..., M... Misty," Brock said as he fainted.

"Brock likes eggs with ketchup?" Flint asked while raising an eyebrow.

"Mr. Flint," Ash started, "when Brock wakes up, tell him this: don't go between Pikachu and ketchup. It's dangerous!"

"I think he learned already."

Brock got back up and grabbed the bottle again. Flint dropped in anime style.

BBBBBZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZTTTTTTTTTTT!

Brock fainted again.

Misty and Ash switched out of their pajamas and started packing. Just as they left their room, Brock's brothers and sisters started running out. Flint was tackled by the kids. Seeing Brock with his hiking bag, Flint quickly got up. "Brock, you aren't going to Fushia City, too?" the man asked.

"Yeah, I'm going with my friends."

"Oh no! I thought I can finally get a chance to relax away from these kids."

"You'll handle it, Father," Brock finished.

Flint sat on the ground. 'I hope,' he thought.

The time was a couple of days later when Ash and Brock decided to ride Misty's Lapras across the sea to Fushia. They made several stops on the way and are in Beta now. Ash was thinking of what to do when Gary sees the Misty clone. He was also thinking about what to do if Gary sees the real Misty and the Misty clone. 'Make up twins?' Ash thought. 'Good idea.' After stopping in Beta, the trio decided to take a sort-of-speak "pit stop." Pikachu headed for the Italian restaurant hoping he'll find ketchup. Brock went to search for Pokemon breeding gear. That left Ash with Misty. Misty suggested going shopping and Ash decided to think about the Ditto.

"Misty?" Ash started while they are in the mall's clothing store.

"Yes, Ash?"

"Will you feel mocked when the Ditto transforms into you?"

Misty was silent.

"Maybe," she said. "But I'll get over it."

"What if Gary sees you and the Ditto?"

"That's a problem..."

Misty stopped her searching for an outfit.

"I was thinking that maybe we can call that Ditto your 'twin' so is that okay?"

Misty stared up at Ash. "You're getting smarter and smarter. What happened?"

Ash simply shakes his head.

"Ash," Misty started.

"Yeah?"

She held an outfit up to her body. "How does this look?" She tried to change the subject.

Pikachu was running holding a bottle of ketchup. He was trying to escape a chef whom he took the ketchup from. "STOP, LITTLE THIEF!" the chef yelled. An officer Jenny appeared and saw a chef chasing a Pikachu in circles. "Hold it there!" the Jenny yelled. "Do you know you're attracting attention?"

The chef looked around. Everybody outside was eying him.

"I'll pay the ketchup for the Pikachu." She chucks out a five dollar bill. The chef grabs it, pockets it, and walks away. The Jenny sighs and looks at the Pikachu. "You better go to your master quick and try not to get into any more trouble," she says. Brock gave up trying to find a Pokemon breeder store. He finds Pikachu with Jenny. Once again, his face is blushing red.

Pikachu runs up to Brock's feet. "Er, hello," Brock greeted Jenny. "Would you be interested to watch a movie with a handsome man?"

The Jenny sighs and says to herself, "What is with everybody today?" She turns and walks away.

"Feel free to come watch a movie with me anytime!" Brock hollered as he waved his hands. Pikachu climbs up Brock and swipes him across the face. At least the mouse managed to get Brock's attention. "Pika-Pi (Quit it)!" the Pokemon yelled. Brock turns his head and snaps out of his love struck mood. He glances over his left shoulder to see Ash and Misty returning. Ash was carrying boxes full of clothes while Misty was looking at a magazine.

"Looks like you've done a lot of shopping, guys," Brock greeted.

"None of them are mine, all Misty's," Ash returned.

Brock stared at the large stack of boxes. There were a total of nine with the nineth one almost ready to fall. The boxes were of all colors.

"Let's hurry to a hotel, it's getting late," Misty suggested.

Brock and Ash agreed but they didn't hurry since Ash couldn't run while holding all those boxes. Brock offered to help but Ash said he was okay. Misty seemed excited about her new clothes although she still wears her everyday yellow top and short blue jeans. Pikachu was hugging the ketchup bottle as the group traveled towards the hotel.

The group appeared in a hotel. "Hi, what can I do for you?" a young lady said at the counter. Once again, Brock's eyes were filled with love. Misty takes out her mallet and wacks him across the head with it gently. "Oh, uh," Brock started. Ash cut him off.

"Where looking for a room please."

"Okay, $30 per night. Cash or check?"

"Cash," all three of the teens said at once. They each handed out ten dollars.

"Okay, Room No. 254," the lady said as she gave them the room key.

Misty turned and suddenly bumped into Gary. Ash looked up as he started picking back up the boxes. "Hello, beautiful," Gary started talking.

"Uh... hi."

"You no good traitor!" Ash started. Brock hushed him.

"Say, you're Misty aren't you?"

"Uh... yeah... so?"

"I've been looking for you."

Ash reached for one of his PokeBalls just in case Gary is to pull a trick.

"What?" Misty said in a deep voice.

"Mind if I sleep in your room tonight?" Gary asked in a blush. Ash suddenly dropped his hand. 'Gary, sleeping with Misty?' Ash thought. 'She would never go out with him!'

On the other hand, Misty had an idea. 'This would be good practise to tricking Gary later,' Misty thought. She gave Gary a smile.

"Okay, you can sleep in our room today." Ash and Brock's jaws hung open. Gary jumped into the air for joy and started drooling. "But," Misty continued, "Ash, Brock, and me will sleep in your room." Gary dropped to the floor in anime style.

"Forget it," Gary said with his head down. He started leaving.

"I might change my mind in the future," Misty hollered out. Gary began walking a little faster but seeming a little happy and suddenly disappeared into an elevator.

"MISTY! WHY'D YOU SAY THAT?" Ash scolded after Gary was out of view. Misty gave him a wink. Ash waited.

"I'm starting things up for Ditto in the future."

Ash releases his breathe.

"You actually think I'll let a nut like him sleep in our room and possibly with me?" Misty asked.

"No," Ash muttered. He was thankful this was a trick.

"I'd choose you over Gary," Misty said. She didn't realized what she just said. Misty then held her hand over her mouth while blushing. Ash gave Misty a smile and continued to pick up the boxes. Misty was relieved that Ash didn't comment what she just said. Brock, on the other hand, was interested. Misty took out her legendary mallet again and wacked Brock behind the head gently. The lady at the counter shook her head and went back to work.

Later that night, Gary was in his room. He was thinking about Misty. 'Pretty, cute, slender,' Gary thought. 'Those are the best words the describe her.' He then thought about Misty saying, "I might change my mind in the future." He could imagine himself with her (I can't). Gary looked around for a book. He looked at it and read, "A Night of True Romance." Gary rubbed his chin, picked up the book, and started reading it. Little did he know that very little of his day dream will come true.

Ash, Misty, Brock, and Pikachu were in the hotel room. Brock was asleep while Ash was in deep thought about capturing a Ditto. Misty was in the shower, and Pikachu was eating ketchup. The room became a little quiet and Pikachu decided to start some conversation.

"Pika-Pi-Pika (Hey, Ash, watcha thinking)?" the mouse started.

"Ditto."

"Pika-Pikachu-chu (Ash, Misty likes you)."

Ash looked up.

"Pika-chu, chu chu-pikachu (She had her arm around you while you slept, once)."

"She did?"

"Pikachu. Pikachu-chu-chu! (Yep. Ask her out if you like her.)"

Ash looked over at Brock to see if he's asleep. Not a sound is coming out of him. He looked over at the bathroom. The shower was still going and Misty just entered the bathroom. "I'll try, I do like her too," Ash confessed.

"Pikachu!? Pi-Pikachu! (I was right. Go for it, buddy.)"

Ash slumped to the bed. "What will she think?" Ash said to Pikachu.

"Pika CHU (Don't worry)."

Ash heard the shower go off. 'Misty must be almost done,' Ash thought. He rolled over so his back is facing Pikachu. Pikachu was still holding the ketchup bottle. As Misty came out with her hair down, Ash got up, gave Misty a smile, and went to the bathroom to take a shower. Ash didn't summon up his courage yet to ask Misty out. Pikachu gave a sigh.

Misty was stroking Pikachu on the head while Pikachu licked the ketchup he had on his paws. She thought about Ash. She kept on thinking about that scene where she said that she would choose Ash over Gary. Her face was blushing red while she thought this. Pikachu saw this and decided to comfort her. He decided to tell her about Ash.

"Pika-Pika-Pi (You thinking about Ash)?"

"Uh, kind of..."

"Pika, Pikachu-chu-CHU (He likes you)!"

"I did't quite understand what you just said. Remember, I don't know every word you're saying."

"Pika-Pi. Pika, Pika-Kachu (Let's try again. He loves you)!"

"Uh, I understood 'Let's try again' but not the rest."

"Pikachu... (Forget it)."

"I guess I'll ask Ash what you tried to say."

"Pika CHU (Don't)!"

"Fine, I'll cough it out of him."

"Pika-pika (That's better)."

Ash came out of the bathroom in his green pajamas. He pushed Brock awake and told him the shower room is ready. Brock rushed over. Ash was speechless when he saw Pikachu with Misty. Has Pikachu told Misty what he told Pikachu? Ash is scared that Misty will think differently. Then he remembered Pikachu saying, "Don't worry." Ash tried not to worry as he walked up to Misty. Pikachu winked at Ash when Misty wasn't looking. Ash tried not to go too far at once. "Uh, hi, Misty," he said in a soft voice. He knew he sounded nervous.

"Uh, hello," the girl replied in a happy manner.

Ash thought, 'Did Pikachu really tell her?'

"What was Pikachu trying to say to me?" Misty asked.

"PIKA-PI (I'm not saying anything)!"

"C'mon Pikachu, tell me," Ash ordered.

"Pikachu (Never)!"

"Did you tell her?"

"Pika (Nope)."

"Tell me what?" Misty asked. She looked a bit serious. "What?"

Ash was shocked. He didn't remember that Misty was in the room.

"Well," Ash started, "you see..."

Misty nodded.

"When you said that you rather choose me over Gary, I uh..."

Misty suddenly remembered what she said at that moment. She looked down and blushed.

"I uh...," Ash continued, "sort of... liked you..." Ash could feel that his face is red. He finally revealed his thoughts to Misty. Misty was sort of shocked.

"You like me? Love is it correct?" Misty asked but in a shy voice.

Ash gulped. "Um... yeah."

"I love you too." Misty started crying after saying this. She was happy and relieved that Ash likes here. Ash was happy too and also started crying.

They held each other's hand and looked at each other in the eyes.

Pikachu left the two teens. He looked back and saw they were stil staring at each other. The Pokemon went back to his bottle of ketchup. Brock was still in the shower room and didn't seem to come out soon. Pikachu glanced at the clock. The time was 10:56 P.M. "Pika-pi (Bed time, you two)," the mouse said. The teens looked back at Pikachu, back at each other, and laid down. Just as Ash turned off the light, Brock came out of the bathroom.

"Misty, Brock, you guys awake?" Ash asked in the middle of the night.

"Um... yeah...," Misty muttered.

"Nope...," Brock said.

"Misty, do you think Ditto will work?"

"I sure hope so. By the looks of Gary, he seemed pretty interested in me."

"That's why I think it will work."

"I love you Nurse Joy," Brock muttered.

Silence.

"I guess love can be a cunning tactic," Ash said.

"It can sure change motives."

"I just hope Gary is dumb enough to think that clone is you."

"Yeah. He's pretty stupid. He actually thinks he has a chance."

"Misty?"

"Yeah?"

"Will you always love me?"

"Yeah. I promise. I'll always love you."

"I'll always love you, Misty."

"Thank you, Ash."

Ash smiled. He turned his head and saw Misty looking at him in the face. Pikachu was sharing the bed with Ash and Misty this time. The mouse slept with them because Ash's bag was filled. Plus, Pikachu liked sleeping with Ash and Misty. Ash looked under the sheets, Pikachu was rolled up in a ball. Its tail was rolled between its legs. Ash wanted to thank Pikachu but he wasn't sure if the Pokemon told Misty or not. Ash looked back up at Misty. Her green eyes laid upon Ash's. Ash gave her a kiss on the cheek. Misty returned one on the lips. 'It is warm,' Ash thought. They continued kissing for a while until Misty backed away a little and started sleeping. Ash hesitated and started wondering. 'Misty didn't argue with me much these days,' he thought. 'Maybe she's changing like I am. Maybe she's maturing like me.' From that, he slept.

Brock woke up at 6:30 A.M. He sat up on his bed and scratched his back. He glanced over at Ash and Misty. Misty's arm was around Ash. Pikachu woke up and realized this too. Brock decided to cook some breakfast after they left the hotel. He grabbed his jacket, changed back to his normal clothes, went downstairs, left the hotel, and headed towards the Pokemon Center. "Nurse Joy, here I come!" he yelled as his skipped to the Pokemon Center.

Gary woke up. He found the romance novel he was reading last night was over his face when he woke up. He wondered if Misty liked him or not. 'She probably does. Who wouldn't like a guy like me,' the snob thought. Suddenly, Gary remembered that Misty and the rest of the gang slept in Room 254. He decided to pay Misty a visit in the morning. He grabbed the flowers of the flower vase and ran down to Room 254 directly as he got out of bed not knowing he forgot something...

Misty and Ash woke up at 7:00 A.M. Pikachu was awake. Ash gave Misty a quick peck and looked over to see if Brock was awake. He wasn't present but his bag was still there so he'll obviously return. Misty opened the door in her pajamas to let in some air. There was Gary holding out a group of flowers. Misty didn't know who it was yet but then suddenly recognized the jerk. "Gary!?" Misty said in a blush. Her entire face was red.

"That's right, sugar."

"Gary!?" Misty yelled as she turned around with her face red and hands over her eyes.

Gary suddenly realized that he forgot to dress and all he had on was his shirt and underwear. The bellhops looked at Gary and started cracking up. Gary's face turned red and he darted back to the elevator. When he got in, loud screams were heard. There were many ladies in the elevator. Later, Gary was kicked out of the hotel for sexually harassing people. Meanwhile, Ash and Pikachu were rolling on the floor laughing their heads off. Misty gave a weak laugh while looking away. She turned around and saw a group of flowers lying on the floor. It said, "To: Misty." Misty picked it up and showed Ash.

"Gary does think I like him, what a dope!" Misty said.

"The Ditto plan will work perfectly!"

"We will have no problem getting him out of Team Rocket."

Brock appeared at the door. He had his arms folded. "That was the MOST hilarious scene I've ever seen," he commented. Ash and Misty suddenly cracked up. Brock walked through the door and looked at Pikachu. "Pikachu, what do you think?" Pikachu was too busy licking the ketchup and totally ignored Brock. "I thinking 'charming' Gary will be no problem."

Chapter Five

Ash, Misty, Brock, and Pikachu decided to leave Beta later that afternoon. Misty called out her Lapras and they sailed directly to Fushia City. The distance wasn't very far away. In fact, they only had to wait four hours before they reached the Fushia City port. While they were on Lapras, they joked about the many ways Gary could have ended the scene. There was laughter the entire way and eventually, the Lapras joined in.

The gang arrived in Fushia City. Ash decided to head directly outside where he'll catch the Ditto. Misty and Brock pointed out what time it was and it was getting pretty late. Pikachu was hungry for ketchup and the rest were hungry too. The group headed to a hotel where they ate and slept.

"Pikachu, Thunder Shock!" Ash yelled the next day.

The Ditto was shocked to death. Ash quickly threw a Poke Ball at it and caught it. "Yeah!" Ash yelled as he slapped Pikachu a high five. "Let's go back to the hotel."

Misty and Brock were happy that their plan is going to work. Charming Gary shouldn't be a problem. Misty suddenly realized that if Ditto is to transform into her, Ditto must only transform to become her body, not her body and clothes. Misty kept Ash and Brock out of the bathroom since she had to let Ditto transform to Misty in naked form. "Hand me that green box over there, Ash," she said as she peared out of the door. She pointed at one of the boxes she bought yesterday at the mall. Ash handed it to her. Brock tried to peak in but Ash kicked him. "Pikachu (Pervert)!" Pikachu yelled.

Two Mistys came out in the exact clothing, height, and even hair style. "Guess which one is real?" they both said. Ash decided not to play games and he took out the Pokeball and spread it across them both. The left one vanished into the laser. "Cheater!" the real Misty said. Ash released the Pokeball and the Ditto came back out in Misty form. The group were thinking on how to call each of the Mistys. "I'll call myself Kas (her Japanese nickname)," the real Misty said as she tied her hair so the pony tail will stick out of the right side. "Okay, Kas," Brock and Ash both returned a reply. The Ditto Misty could talk when in human form. "Remember, Ditto. You can live outside the Pokeball if you stay in Misty's form," Ash reminded the Ditto. "Okay?"

"No problem," the new Misty said.

The real Misty switched her yellow top shirt to a red top shirt so the group can tell them apart.

"Just act normal like a human being," Ash said to the new Misty.

"Man, this is getting confusing," Brock commented. Pikachu nodded.

"I hope I'm acting like a human being," the new Misty said.

"Misty, er... Kas, give her a crash course on how you act," Ash said.

The real Misty took out a large list from her small pockets. The two Mistys chattered away. The new Misty seemed to understand. The real Misty gave her one of her two Mallets and the other Misty shoved it into her pocket. Ash suddenly had the feeling that the new Misty is going to be perfect. "And don't go between me and Ash's emotions," the real Misty added. The new Misty nodded. Ash's face was red. Brock gave the boy an elbow shove in the ribs.

"Say, Ditto, are you really a girl or a boy as a Pokemon?" Brock asked in curiosity.

"Uh, a girl in Pokemon form and human form. That makes you guys feel better, doesn't it?" the new Misty replied.

The real Misty threw the new Misty some red pajamas. "Those are your pajamas," the real Misty said. The new one blinked and nodded. "Ash, I did all this shopping for Ditto," the real Misty said to Ash. Ash suddenly understood. "Remember Brock's father saying that it is better to get prepared before the real action starts?" the real Misty said.

Gary was returning and leaving Beta. He decided to reach Pewter City and meet Misty again. He decided to wait three days and let things calm down first. The scene where he darted into the elavator in his shirt and underwear were still fresh in mind and his face turned red every time he thought about it. 'It was most embarassing,' Gary thought, 'especially in front of Misty.' He learned he was too rash so that's why he decided to wait three days. 'I'll give it my best shot. I'll get her to like me,' he thought.

The next two days, the gang were back in Pewter City. Brock's father was surprised to see two Mistys but was surprised at which one was real. He thought the one in the yellow top shirt was real but it appeared he was wrong. "Kas," Ash said towards the real Misty, "the guest room isn't big enough for all three of us to sleep in..."

"I'll let her sleep in my room," Brock said as he cut Ash off.

"Don't try anything funny when in the dark, Brock. That girl is physically the same as me," the real Misty demanded.

Brock jokingly dropped his head and jokingly snapped his fingers. Both the Mistys took out their mallets and wacked Brock across the head. "Brock," the new Misty said, "don't forget I have one of Kas's mallets."

"Man, she is like the real Misty," Ash added. Pikachu nodded in return. "...or should I say, Kas. The new nickname sounds real cute."

"Pikachu (I'll say)."

Brock was on the ground unconscious. His father's eyes opened wide, or as wide as he can open them. Brock can stars circling his head in anime style. "Mr. Flint, can you show me the house?" the new Misty asked trying to change the subject.

Gary was up all night waiting to meet Misty the next morning. He had bought a pack of roses and is really excited. This time, he made sure that he would go meet her not in only his shirt and underwear, but in a normal clothing. Gary looked at the clock. It was 7:37 P.M. 'Geez,' Gary thought. 'Time never goes fast when you want it to.'

During dinner at Brock's house, Ash, Brock, and the real Misty gave lessons to Ditto on how to handle Gary. "Just act like you love him, okay?" Brock said. "You must hug him, (he motions himself as if he's hugging a girl) you must kiss him (he motions himself as if he is kissing Nurse Joy), you must even go in bed..." Ash cut him off.

"That's enough, Brock," Ash said.

"What?"

"Brock, you were going into a day dream," the real Misty yelled.

"I was?"

"The scary thing is, you don't notice it," Ash said.

There was silence. All the sudden, Pikachu runs past the dining room followed by a group of kids. The conversation then resumes.

"Oh well, Misty," Ash said to the new Misty, "just love him as if he's a male Ditto."

"Yeah, great idea, Ash," the new Misty commented.

Little did they know that all their work will come in handy next morning. Meanwhile, Gary is trying to get some sleep. He's constantly thinking about the next day. He didn't know Misty was Ash's now. He didn't know that there will be another Misty waiting for him. He didn't know that the pair of Mistys will call themselves twins. He was too excited to sleep... way too excited. He walked around his hotel room in circles. He kept on thinking how Misty will treat him. He hoped Misty will fall for him. Gary Oak was too nervous to wait. He day dreamed how Misty will treat him. Eventually, the time was 4:21 A.M. and Gary was still walking around in circles waiting for morning.

DING DONG!

Ash and the real Misty were asleep until Gary Oak started ringing the door bell. "Misty? Call I call you Misty in privacy?" Ash asked. Misty can tell that Ash was still asleep. She glanced at the clock on the wall. The time was 8:00 A.M. sharp. 'Who would possibly be at the door?' Misty thought. She pulled over the covers and went back to bed hoping somebody else will answer the door. She heard the new Misty yell, "I'm coming! Hold a sec!"

Door opens.

"Gary Oak!?"

Misty's eyes bolted open as well as Ash's. The look at each other and back at the door. "What!?" they both said in unison. "Misty," Ash said to the real Misty after they calmed down and relaxed. "I'll call you Misty in privacy..."

"You told me that when you were asleep," the real Misty said as she was rubbing her eyes.

"Just say you are the new Misty's younger twin. We'll work things out."

Misty looked up at Ash. She was absorbing Ash's words into her thoughts. "Um... okay...," she weakly said. Misty was too tired. She heard the new Misty say, "Come on in..."

Outside, Gary Oak walked in (with pants) holding his patch of roses. Ash came out of the guest room in his pajamas. He noticed Gary sitting on the couch with the new Misty across from him. The new Misty was in her red pajamas. 'What a surprise,' Ash thought. 'This was creepy.' Ash noticed the two were talking. The new Misty seemed happy, or so she pretends. Gary was excessively happy. Ash rubbed his ears so he can hear what they're saying.

"So, Misty, you look good in the mornings," Gary said.

"Um yeah, at least you are in your pants this time."

Gary's face turned red.

"Uh, Gary, don't feel embarassed about it."

Brock came from his room where the new Misty came from. "Mm. Uh? Misty? Gary?" he muttered. Brock was quite awake yet. Instead, he seemed like he was sleep walking in his orange pajamas. Following Brock, Pikachu came out of the kitchen.

"Pikachu... (Who is it)?"

"Hm. What?" Brock muttered.

Gary was a bit annoyed. This was spoiling his mood with Misty as he thought. "GOOD MORNING, BROCK!" Gary yelled so he can wake both Brock and Pikachu up. When Gary turned to yell, he noticed Ash in the corning. "So, Gary. What are YOU doing here?" Ash said. He had his hands on his hips. Gary eyed him. Ash eyed him back. Brock broke it up and Ash suddenly remembered to convert Gary. "Break it up, guys. No fighting in the house," Brock said. "I'll cook breakfast." He scratched himself, yawned, and left the room for the kitchen. Gary turned back to notice who he thinks is Misty. She was still smiling at him. Inside, Gary can hear his heart yell "WAHOO!" Ash went back to the guest room to leave the new Misty and deal with Gary.

Brock finished cooking. Ash and the real Misty opened the door to sniff the fine smell of scrambled eggs. Brock set up the food at the dining table. Ash and Misty entered the room still in their pajamas. Gary instantly notices the real Misty, although he doesn't know that is the real Misty. "What? Am I seeing a double?"

"Double?" the real Misty said. She made her voice sound confused. "Oh! I'm Kas, Misty's younger twin. I heard about you from Ash."

"That's right!" Ash added.

"Have a seat guys and talk about things," Brock ordered. He wanted peace right now and didn't want a war to break out between Ash and Gary. Ash and the real Misty entered hand in hand. Gary didn't really care since he didn't want what he thinks is the younger twin. Both Mistys gave Ash a wink when Gary wasn't looking. Everything was going perfectly as Ash planned. Now all the new Misty has to do is convince Gary out of Team Rocket.

Pikachu was under the table pulling on Ash's pajamas. Ash looked down. Pikachu was holding the Pokeball with Charizard in in. "Pika-Pi (just in case)," the mouse said as he darted across the kitchen. 'Good idea,' Ash thought. Ash looked up. Gary was busy talking to the new Misty. "So, Gary," Ash started, "what are you doing these days?"

"I'm in Team Rocket," Gary happily said. He was full of happiness that he didn't know what he was saying. Ash took this as an advantage.

"Team Rocket!?" the new Misty exclaimed. "Come, quit Team Rocket and spend your life with me." The new Misty said as she slowly tried to charm Gary. She moved her arms around Gary to hug him. Gary started drooling but he caught himself and stopped.

"Quit Team Rocket?" Gary said out loud. He looked at the other Misty. "I never knew you were Misty's twin, Kas. The sensational sisters never told me about you." Somehow, Gary had the idea to change the subject as if he had any intelligence.

"Oh, uh, I left when Misty left."

"That's right. After that, we just decided to go our separate ways," the new Misty added. Brock was enjoying this as if it was a soap opera (that's right, he enjoys soaps).

"Where do you live now?" Brock asked. When Gary looked over, Ash gave Brock a thumbs up.

"Oh, in the Pewter City Hotel."

"Pewter City Hotel, eh? Pretty nice and pretty expensive."

Gary nodded his head.

"I'm sure Misty would definitely like a rich guy like you..."

The new Misty made herself blush as Gary turned over to look at her. Gary didn't catch himself drooling this time and his scrambled eggs were soaked now. The real Misty looked at Gary in disgust. She would definitely choose Ash over Gary. At least Ash doesn't drool when in love. She glanced over at Ash. The boy had his eyes covered over disgust. The real Misty then looked at Brock. He wanted to throw up froming seeing eggs soaked in saliva (I would too). The new Misty didn't seem to mind, or at least she pretended not to mind. Gary finally caught himself drooling after half a minute. He got up and dumped the eggs. "So, Misty. Movie tonight?" Gary asked.

The new Misty looked at Ash. Ash was giving her the "go ahead" look. When Gary and the new Misty left, Ash, Brock, Pikachu, and the real Misty got together. "That was gross!" Misty stated.

"Yeah, who ever saw a pervert like him?" Brock commented.

Ash and Misty froze. They looked at Brock.

"Okay, let's try this again. Who ever saw a pervert like him other than me?" Brock stated.

"I pity the new Misty," Ash stated.

"I do too, Ash," Brock and Misty said in unison.

"I hope the new Misty will convince him to getting out of Team Rocket."

"Yeah, I hope it's successful."

Chapter Six

The next couple of weeks, the new Misty tried to convince Gary to quit Team Rocket. Somehow, Gary never understood due to his low intelligence. After sharing many meals with Ash, Misty, the new Misty, Brock, and Pikachu, Gary seemed to be a typical guest although Brock and the rest of the gang would never let Gary live with them. As time progressed, the new Misty started acting more and more like a human being meanwhile Gary is becoming more of a sex-crazed animal. The others were disgusted at Gary and the new Misty seemed to like him more and more, or so she pretends. Brock's father looked at Gary as an interesting but disgusting fellow. Usually, Gary is pretty disgusting during their talks at the meals. Finally, one day, the new Misty tried a different approach to convince Gary to leave Team Rocket. "So Gary, you like French food?"

"Uh, yes!" Gary said. He'd say "yes" to any of the new Misty's words.

"Isn't it romantic?" the new Misty said in a soft but favorable voice.

"Yes!" (what did I tell you?)

"Do you want to romantic will me?"

"You bet!" Gary started drooling again.

"Do you want to spend your life with me?"

"Yeah, sugar!"

"Then quit Team Rocket and live."

"Yeah!" Gary agreed. Ash, Brock, and the real Misty winked at each other smiling.

"You promise?" the new Misty continued.

"Yeah!" Gary didn't realized what he was saying. He was captured in the love with the new Misty. Ash was shaking his head as he saw Gary's drooling fell to the floor. Pikachu appeared looking like a house maid and started mopping the liquid up. "Pikachu (Disgusting)!"

"I'm going to see Nurse Joy," Brock said to the group. He was probably disgusted seeing somebody liking Gary when he really wanted entertainment. He walked out of the door and headed to the Pokemon Center. Ash and the real Misty said they wanted to go to the mall. Pikachu followed after jumping out of his house maid costume.

"You really promise you'd get of Team Rocket?" the new Misty continued. She reached her hands around Gary's body. Gary was basicly dripping, not drooling.

"Oh yeah!"

The new Misty pulled out a contract. "Sign here to keep your promise." Gary took out a random pen and scribbled his name on the line. The new Misty gave a little smurk. She continued to entertain Gary for the rest of the day.

"Hey, Ash," Misty started in the mall.

"Yeah?" Ash answered.

"I'm starting to feel left out nowadays."

"Me too. Most of the attention revolves around..."

"...Gary," Misty said as she cut Ash off.

"Pikachu, Pi-Pikachu (I'm left out as well)."

"Misty, do you feel mocked?"

"Sort of. It's just funny seeing a clone of myself with some mutt."

"I don't think it's funny at all. It's simply sickening."

Ash, Misty, and Pikachu all walked up to the ice cream stand in the mall. After buying ice cream for everybody, Ash continued talking. "Gary gives me the chills, just like this ice cream. I wonder what his family will think about him joining Team Rocket."

Misty gave a gasp. She stopped licking the ice cream. Ash and Pikachu both stared at Misty in confusion why she gasped.

"Wh... What?"

"Professor Oak! He's still alive! I wonder if he knows anything about this!"

"That's right!"

"Let's give him a call."

"Go for his portable video phone."

"Okay..."

Ash, Misty, and Pikachu waited for the ringing. Professor Oak appeared on the phone.

"Long time no see, Ash and Misty," the old man greeted.

"Uh yeah...," Misty was in worry.

"Professor! You are so LUCKY to be out of Pallet!" Ash yelled as he gently pushed Misty out of the way so he can see the video phone.

"Oh, that incident! Oh, when I get my hands on Team Rocket for bombing my lab, they'll be so dead. I'll pound them so hard their own mothers won't recognize them."

"Professor!"

"What is it Ash?"

"Did you know Gary joined Team Rocket!?"

"WHAT!?"

"He... he... tricked me after I defeated the Elite Four. Now, he wants revenge!"

"When did he do it?"

"Professor," Misty started, "I believe he joined right after Ash defeated the Elite Four. He told us that he couldn't stand it."

"I'm gonna kill him if he was involved with bombing Pallet!!!"

Ash and Misty suddenly froze. They never thought of that. Gary must have been the one who wiped Pallet clean. Team Rocket wasn't powerful enough to even destroy a village before Gary came. Gary must have been the one. Yet, the two teens decided to keep silent.

"Where is Gary now?" Professor Oak asked. His face was practically on the video phone.

"Uh, probably at Brock's house where Misty and me are living..."

"You let him in!?"

"Well, we're trying to make him quit Team Rocket."

"EVEN SO, I'M GONNA BEAT HIM TO BITS!!!"

Professor Oak slammed the phone. He was too furious now. Now, he wanted to die since his lab is no more. All his hard work had been done in the lab. Now it was destroyed. 'Gary, you're no grandson,' the angered professor thought.

Ash and Misty stared at the phone worried. They never saw Professor Oak so angry. Pikachu was scared stiff. They stood there for a while until their ice cream started melting. "What should we do?" Misty asked Ash in worry.

"Uh... don't know. If the Ditto managed to get Gary out of Team Rocket, Oak might calm down, right? Right?" Ash was in worry too.

"Pikachu... (I sure hope so)"

"Ash, I'm scared."

Misty threw herself into Ash's arms. Her head rested on Ash's left shoulder. Ash was scared too. Pikachu threw away the ice cream and jumped onto Ash's head. Suddenly, Ash remembered his thought during the call. 'Gary must have destroyed Pallet. Why'd he do it?' Ash thought. He stopped thinking after Misty started hugging Ash harder. "Let's go home," Ash said in a quiet voice. Misty and Pikachu each nodded their heads.

Chapter Seven

"GARY!!! YOU'RE DEAD!!!" Professor Oak yelled at Gary through the video phone.

Ash and Misty woke up the next morning hearing this. Gary was visiting and the new Misty gave the phone to him. Surprisingly, Professor Oak managed to get connected to Brock's house.

"What did I do?" the dumb boy replied back.

"WHAT DID YOU DO!? YOU JOINED TEAM ROCKET AND DESTROYED PALLET! WHY YOU GOOD-FOR-NOTHING (this part is a little censored) I'LL KILL YOU IF CAN!"

"Gr...Grandpa!!"

"I'm not your grandpa! You aren't a loyal grandson at all!"

"Fine then, I might as well destroy you too."

"Go ahead, I have an entire army with me."

Behind Professor Oak, five large tanks filled the background. There seemed to be more. Gary can feel himself sweating.

"You're going to destroy me right!?" the professor continued. "Then let's see you do it while fighting an entire army at the same time!" -click- Professor Oak closed the video phone. Gary was scared stiff. "Kas, Misty, Ash, what should I do?" Gary turned and asked.

"Beats me, you're dead," Ash said.

"That's right, you can't hold off an entire army," the real Misty said.

"Then that means...," Gary said but he was cut off by the real Misty.

"You'll have your butt whipped."

"I guess you shouldn't have told him your destroy him also," the new Misty said.

Gary wanted to cry. "I DON'T WANNA DIE YET!"

"Fine, just quit Team Rocket and you'll have a 50-50 chance of being fine," Ash suggested.

"QUIT TEAM ROCKET, NEVER!!!"

"But you signed the contract," the new Misty said holding up the contract.

"I... I did?"

"That's right, honey..." The new Misty started walking towards Gary. Gary stopped his fears and worries and started feeling love struck again. Pikachu shook his head and went to the guest room. Ash and Misty followed. Right before they entered the guest room, they heard Gary say, "That's right, I will quit Team Rocket and give the world peace."

Ash, Misty, and Pikachu slapped high fives in their rooms. "It worked!" Ash said quietly but in a very happy mood. "IT WORKED!!!"

"You're a genius, Ash," Misty whispered into Ash's ear.

"Better thinking than fighting!"

"Pikachu! Pika! (That's right! Alright!)"

"Now all we have to do is just stop Team Rocket...," Ash said as he adjusted his cap.

"Now that Gary is out of the way, Team Rocket is finished," Misty added as she tied her hair so it sticks back out ot its normal side.

"Pi-Pika (Yeah)!" the Pokemon yelled as he gave a victory sign.

Brock was flirting with Nurse Joy in the Pokemon Center when Ash, both Mistys, Pikachu, and Gary came in. Brock didn't notice the group and continued flirting. Nurse Joy looked at the group and saw Gary immediately. "You!" the Nurse Joy yelled. "You are that Team Rocket member!" Everybody in present in the room stopped what they were doing and looked at Gary. Gary had an uneasy feeling. "I... uh... well.... you see...," Gary mumbled.

"GET OUT! GET OUT!" the nurse yelled.

"But... wait...," Gary continued.

"I said, GET OUT!"

"Wait!" the real Misty cut in. "He agreed to resign from Team Rocket."

The Nurse Joy was suddenly silent.

"He did?" Brock asked. Brock finally snapped out of his mood. "When since?"

"Since today. I'll prove it. Misty, pull out the contract."

The new Misty took out a sheet of paper from her pocket and surprisingly, it wasn't folded. Yep, that piece of paper was the contract. Brock's eyes widened or as far as they can go.

"Okay, young man, what do you want," Nurse Joy stated.

"Uh... welll... I want to be able to use the Pokemon Center again."

"Hmph. You destroyed Pallet along with the Pokemon Center there. That means you've killed my younger sister. The government may give you permission but I wouldn't heal your Pokemon for my very own life, you little (censored)."

"Honestly, I've changed!"

"You look like you've changed. Who knows if you're still lying?"

"Believe me, I've really changed."

"Fine, I'm getting sick of this. Where's your Pokemon that you need to be healed."

Gary suddenly realized that his Pokemon were back at the Team Rocket HQ. "Oh no! I've left them with Team Rocket. I've gotta get them back!"

"Why'd you leave them there?" the real Misty asked.

"Look Kas, the Pokemon Center wouldn't heal my Pokemon so I left them to heal by themselves. Team Rocket said they'd look over my Pokemon."

Gary was in worry later that afternoon. The new Misty tried to comfort him but didn't succeed. Meanwhile, Ash, Brock, Pikachu, and the real Misty decided to take some rest after getting Gary to quit Team Rocket. Ash and Misty suggested the group go to a park to enjoy and relax. Brock agreed but what he really hoped for is to meet some pretty girls in the park. Pikachu followed Ash and always. "Gary, Misty," the real Misty yelled out, "we're going to the park. You coming?"

"Nah," the new Misty replied.

Gary was silent.

"I'll stick with Gary."

The gang were at the park. It was packed as usual. Brock was trying to get one of the girls to go out on a date meanwhile Pikachu is trying to get the ketchup from the hot dog stand. Ash and Misty simply sat on the bench and relaxed. "Ash," Misty started. "What are we going to do with Gary now?"

"Gary? Beats me. Don't worry about him now."

"Good point... Hey Ash."

"Yeah?"

"What do you think about living with Brock?"

"It's nice. What do you think?"

"It's better than living with my quarelling sisters."

"Yeah, that reminds me, is Daisy really your sister? You look, different than her."

"Half sister."

"Really?"

"My dad was different than their dad. I was never accepted. They were always brutal."

Ash nodded.

"After my parents died in the ship wreck," Misty continued, "I ran away since my sisters didn't really take care of me. They said that I wouldn't fit in. I wasn't as beautiful..."

"You're always beautiful! People like that never deserve to be pretty if they dump their half siblings! That's cruel to do that!"

"Yeah, I guess you're right. Where was I? Oh, and after that, I just ran away. I thought I was better off without them..."

"... and you were right."

Misty smiled. All the sudden, they heard Pikachu scream. 'That was funny, Pikachu can't scream!' Ash thought. Pikachu was basicly screaming. "Get away," the Pokemon yelled. Ash and Misty's jaws fell down. The guy behind the hot dog stand had a knife out sticking at Pikachu. Brock stopped flirting with one of the girls and stared at Pikachu. 'Pikachu was talking?' Brock thought. Brock jumped and tackled the guy who was threatening Pikachu. As Brock and the hot dog guy hit the floor, Ash and Misty came to see how Pikachu was. Pikachu was gasping for air. "Ash!" Pikachu yelled as he jumped into Ash's arms. Pikachu had a funky accent. It sounded something like a girl's. Basicly, all Pikachu's sound like human girls.

Brock was on the ground punching the lights out of the guy who threatened Pikachu. Well, to describe the guy's face, his mother wouldn't recognize him now. "That'll teach him," Brock muttered, "to mess with Pikachu." He stared at Pikachu, the mouse was back on the ground. "Thanks Brock," Pikachu said. Brock was even more scared now. The boy was reallyed scared. Ash and Misty were staring at Pikachu mindlessly.

"What?" Pikachu started.

Ash and Misty shook their heads.

"You've heard Meowth talk. It wouldn't be a surprised for me to talk."

"Uh...," Ash said in fear, "could you have talked before?"

"Yeah."

"Um... why didn't you?"

"Meowth gets in trouble when he talks. Do you think I want to get in trouble?"

Misty's mouth was wide open now. She was really scared.

"I'll just continue with my original language," Pikachu stated as he folded his hands.

"Okay..."

Misty pushed back her mouth. She walked up to Pikachu. "Why did the hot dog guy point his knife at you? It was strange."

"Pika-Pi-Pikachu (he liked fried Pikachu)."

"Sick! I never heard of anybody who eats Pokemon!"

"Pi-Pikachu (other than Pokemon themselves)."

Misty looked at the hot dog guy. He was unconscious from Brock's wrath. Ash picked up Pikachu. "What a strange day," the boy muttered. Pikachu slapped Ash and the group laughed.

When the four finally reached Brock's house, the kids burst out of the door, grabbed Pikachu, and ran back in. The poor rodent was squeezed again. "I wonder if Gary left yet," Ash asked. They entered. Gary wasn't there and neither was the new Misty. "Where are the two?"

"Oh, you mean Gary and that other Misty?"

The group turned and saw Brock's father.

"They went back to the Pewter City Hotel. Gary decided to rest and the other Misty decided to comfort him. -sigh- Gary said he's going to go to the Team Rocket HQ and get his Pokemon back. However, he believes he can't do it."

"Back to the Team Rocket HQ?" Ash, Misty, and Brock all said at once.

Brock's father nodded. "He says he's going to pick a bone with him."

"Why?" the three said at once again.

"Gary said that Team Rocket had made him jealous of Ash when it was really unnecessary. Gary was then manipulated into the destruction of Pallet. Fortunately for you, Ash, you didn't return to Pallet just yet. Team Rocket thought you'd be there but they were wrong. That's why they've attacked you."

"Oh," Brock stated, "the reason why Team Rocket didn't attack us yet because they have lost permission to use the Pokemon Centers. The Pokemon that we've injured in Viridian City are still healing by themselves. Because the healing process is slow, Team Rocket has to wait before they can launch another attack!"

"That's why Gary wasn't up to anything," Ash finished off. "He couldn't cause anymore trouble to us or else he'd be in deep trouble. We didn't have to rush the new Misty to convince him to get out. If we've just given him time, he could have gone back to his thoughts and correct himself."

"Yeah," Misty started, "but a dope like him won't think off anything. I guess the new Misty was a good idea although it is making me feel mocked."

"Wanna check on him?" Brock's father asked.

"Sure," Brock answered for the group. Misty gave a "hmph" and folded her arms. Ash shrugged, grabbed Pikachu from the kids, and started heading out the door. The four left the front yard and started heading towards the hotel to confront Gary.

"Gary Oak's room number is 361," the lady at the front desk in the hotel said.

Brock was love struck again, and Misty pulled out her mallet and smashed him into the wall. "Let's check on Gary ourselves," Misty said to Ash and Pikachu. Ash nodded and the three darted into the elevator leaving Brock still smashed into the wall. The lady examined the hole as the three went to the third floor to see Gary.

DING...

DING......

DING.........

WOOSH..........

The elevator door opened and the three left to find room 361. "Ash," Misty said as she wanted to start a conversation, "do you think the new Misty actually likes Gary?"

"That's a hard question."

"She doesn't seem to mind his disgusting habits."

"Who knows? I think she does though."

"Go on..."

"Why else would she follow Gary to his room to comfort him?"

Suddenly, Misty had an eerie feeling. She pictured herself in Gary's room. She wanted to scream but she didn't want to draw attention either. Pikachu was following Ash walking casually.

"I don't like the idea of my clone in Gary's room...," Misty continued.

"Me too."

"Pika Pika (Me neither)."

The two humans looked at Pikachu wondering why he didn't talk in English. They shrugged and approached Gary's door. "This is it...," Misty said.

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK...

Silence...

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK...

"I'm coming!" a female voice said. No doubt, it was the new Misty.

The door opened. There was the new Misty with a towel wrapped around her body. Ash, Misty, and Pikachu's faces were all blushing. "What are you doing!?" they all asked (Pikachu was saying "Pika PI?") The new Misty simply laughed. "Don't get me wrong," she said.

The group hesitated.

"I was just having a little fun."

The group stared up.

"NOT WITH HIM!"

The group hesitated.

"...but with Gary."

The group looked back up.

"Stop doing that!"

The real Misty pushed the new one into the room. "Come with me," the real one said as she pushed the new one into the bathroom locking the door. Ash and Pikachu looked around the room, Gary was sitting behind a chess board. He was in his clothes (thankfully). "I'm planning my approach on how to get into the Team Rocket HQ and getting back out," the boy explained.

"What was with the towel?" Ash asked.

"That's one of the plans."

"How? I'll explain."

Just then, both Mistys came out of the bathroom. "That is a plan!?" the real Misty asked. The other nodded smiling. "We're just rehearsing, it's fun!" the new one explained.

"But," Gary stated, "now that all you are here, I'll want to ask you guys a question. Do you want to help me go into Team Rocket HQ?"

"Sure, I guess," Ash said.

"Hm, okay. I'm bored to death anyway," Brock answered.

"Aw, alright!" the real Misty finally said.

"I'm going into the core of the Team Rocket HQ and blow it up from the inside with my Charizard. You guys got it?" Gary said as he moved the chess pieces around.

The day went on as the group finished off their plans to destroy Team Rocket.

Chapter Eight

Gary was dressed in Team Rocket uniform as he approached the building. He looked over his left shoulder and saw Ash, the two Mistys, Brock, and Pikachu scurry over. 'Everything is working right,' the boy thought. He entered the building. "Hey, I'm back!" Gary yelled over to Jessie and James.

"Where were you these days?" Jessie asked.

"Uh, spying on Ash Ketchum."

"You were!? What did you find out!?" Jessie asked as James's head closed in.

"Uh, he's rather latent. We gotta heal our Pokemon fast and crush him!"

Jessie and James nodded.

"Where's my Pokemon anyway?"

"Three rooms to the right of the power generator."

"Oh, okay."

Gary rushed to the room. There were the Pokeballs. 'They're almost healed,' Gary thought. He took out one of his walkie talkies. "Ash, you hear me?" Gary said quietly into the walkie talkie.

"Yeah, where are you?"

"Three rooms to the right of the power generator."

"How are we going to get in there?"

"Okay Ash, where are you guys?"

"We're hiding near in the back of the garbage dumpsters. Man, they stink!"

"Ash, look to your left, do you see an opening where the garbage comes out?"

Ash looked around. There was something similar to a pipe. "Yeah."

"Go into through there. When you get inside, jump into the air ducts and I'll give you instructions from there."

"You got it, Misty, Brock, Pikachu?" Ash said as he turned off his walkie talkie.

They all nodded.

"Let's go!" The group climbed up the the pipe into the building. Pikachu headed through first followed by Ash, then Brock, then Misty. When all them got up, they heard footsteps. "Hide...!" Brock warned. They hurried into a nearby room. "Where is this place?" he asked. They looked around. It was dark but it had enough light to see the guns hanging on the walls. "Up there!" Ash pointed. "The opening to the air duct!"

The climbed in as quietly as possible. First, Pikachu, then Misty, then Brock, then Ash. "Okay, Gary," Ash said as he turned on the walkie talkie. "We're in!"

"Okay, go over into the ducts over the weapons room."

"We're there."

"Continue, make a right when you first see it."

"Okay, just wait."

The group hurried. "Okay."

"Now continue forward until you reach the power generator room."

They hurried across silently. "We're there!"

"Now go past the two intersections and make a right on the third intersection."

"Gotcha!"

They were crawling through. "Brock," Misty started. "Don't dare you look up." Misty had her rear right in front of Brock's head. "Huh?" Brock asked as he looked up. "You pervert!" Misty yelled as she started kicking Brock in the face. The three went crashing through into the room where Gary was. "Ow, that hurt!" Brock said. He had a couple of footprints on his face.

"Is Misty in?" Gary asked.

"Yeah, she crept into the shower room," Ash answered.

"Good." Gary left the room and looked around to make sure that the coast was clear. He waved at the group to come over. They crept near the core where Team Rocket heavily guarded the area. There was a hallway leading to the core. The group hid on both sides left and right of the hallway. The hallway lead straight to the shower room. Gary took out one of his other walkie talkies. "Misty, you're on!"

The new Misty entered the hallway with a towel around her body. That caught the Team Rocket members' attention. "Come on, boys," the new Misty said in a delightful voice. The Team Rocket members walked over in joyfullness. Just as they got near Ash, Misty, Brock, Pikachu, and Gary, they were knocked out by Ash with his club, Misty with her mallet, Brock is his fist, Gary with his kicks, and Pikachu with the electricity. They all slapped each other high fives.

Gary entered the core and started messing with a bunch of buttons. "This should disable the locked door to the power generator room," Gary said as he pulled out his Charizard Pokeball. The Charizard appeared and fried most of the circuits. "Let's destroy the power generator!" Gary yelled. The alarm went off and the Team Rocket members were rushing to find the intruders.

"Allow us to introduce ourselves."

"You guys have no Pokemon to fight with," Ash laughed. "Pikachu! Thunderbolt!" Jessie, James, and Meowth were all toast. They broke through the power generator room. "Pikachu," Ash said calmly, "make your move."

Pikachu nodded.

"PIKA... PIKACHUUUU (Get ready... HERE I GO!)"

Kaboom!

Chapter Nine

Team Rocket HQ were destroyed and Gary decided to live in Pewter. The group finally explained to Gary about the Ditto. Surprisingly, the Ditto stayed as a human so long that it became human! Misty called herself Misty again and the Ditto called herself Kas. Gary bought a house and part lab for Professor Oak and himself. He even left Kas stay there.

"Ash," Misty started one day when she and Ash were sitting in the back yard watching Brock's brothers and sisters play who were older now.

"Yeah?"

"How old are you now?"

"15 and a half."

"Oh, I'm 16."

"Lot's of years have passed." Ash said as he kissed Misty on the lips.

The two stayed kissing until Brock entered the back.

"Hey, guys! Guess what happened?" Brock said.

"What, Brock?" Misty asked.

"I just got the award for being the best Pokemon breeder in the world!"

"That's awesome!" Ash commented. "Who'd you show for the best Pokemon?"

"Pikachu."

Ash and Misty stared at each other. Pikachu came in.

"Hi!" the Pokemon said. "I guess I'm the star of the day."

"Pikachu," Misty started, "I like you a lot better when you don't talk English."

"Too bad, Misty. I like my voice. People say it sounds cute."

"It... does... sound cute but I still like you better when you say, 'Pikachu.' Got it?"

"Pikachu (got it)."

"How'd Pikachu win?" Ash asked.

"Oh, his fur was nice, he was healthy, energetic, all the things a good Pokemon would have," Brock explained. "Best of all, he was cute!"

Brock's father returned. All the kids gathered around. "Here's your Pokeballs!" he said as he passed out Pokeballs of various colors to the kids. Some of the kids have left to become Pokemon Trainers. Some weren't old enough yet and had to stay a little longer. "Ash," Misty said, "did you know that a new Pokemon League is starting?"

"Yeah, but I'll give it a rest now. Besides, I'll have to give somebody else a chance."

"Like who?"

"Hey, guys!" Gary yelled as he waved his hands. He was in a distance from the yard. Kas was there too and was also waving. They ran up.

"Oh," Misty replied.

"Guess what? I got a badge already!" Gary said as he showed the group.

"Kas is accompanying me on my journey. You guys wanna come?"

Misty and Ash looked at each other and shook their heads. "Nah. We just want to rest," Ash answered. "Besides, I'd be having a more fun time dating Misty."

Misty give him a peck.

The group started laughing. Gary stopped to say, "Well, Kas and me are dating even on the Pokemon journey." Gary and Kas hugged each other. Misty and Ash hugged each other as well. Brock felt lonely and reached for Pikachu. Pikachu backed off a little just so Brock realizes what he was doing. "Uh, sorry, Pikachu," Brock apologized.

"Pika-Pi (That's okay)."

"Hey, it's almost night," Ash said. The sun was starting to set.

"I love watching sun sets; they're so romantic!" Misty added. She leaned her head on Ash's shoulder and watched the sun drop behind the hills.

"Hey, Kas, are you living with Gary now?" Brock asked.

"Yeah. With Gary and Professor Oak."

"Professor Oak? Oh yeah. I wonder how he's gotten over Gary joining Team Rocket."

"Just don't remind him, okay?" Gary said.

"Brock, have you been successful with any of the Nurse Joys, yet?" Kas asked.

"No, not really. I'm not going after them. Instead, I'll find Melanie. Then again, Nurse Joy."

But how does the story turn out? Does Brock ever get a date with Nurse Joy? How many children will Ash and Misty have? Will Gary become the newest Pokemon master? Only you decide. Let your imagination run to finish this story...

THE END, or is it?
